My coaching ensures that you can get to the next start line in the best shape you have been ready to attack that goal. Or simply to be able to get the door if this is a new sport for you. My main aim is to be able to help as many people enjoy what I think is truly an amazing sport.
This plan is built by me for those who are slightly more experienced in running and need more of a challenge. This plan would also be good along side a half marathon goal as a bit of a tune up race to see where you are at. The length of the plan will be dedicated to your goal / experience / and if you have a race booked. This will be after a short video call to ensure that it can best fit you.
This plan is built for those looking to push the limits even further. This may be the furtherest you have ever run. I am here to ensure that your process to your first half marathon or even further runs as smooth as possible. Or maybe this is not your first time doing this and we can get that PB. This plan will have multiple levels to it after having spoke on a call. I will also personalise it if your doing it on road / trial / mountains, how much elevation is in the race. And then the plan will work back off this making sure that you peak at the right time during the block. Along with making sure we nail that fuel during those longer efforts.
